The homebody team offers residential, retail and restaurant interior design services. We develop projects large and small and can customize a design package to suit your needs and budget. Your designer will work closely with you utilizing a variety of visual tools, such as floor plans, design boards, and 3D renderings to ensure clear communication during the design process. Our goal is to create beautiful and highly functional interiors that express your unique vision and style.
Our design services include:
· Space planning
· Furniture selection and arrangement
· Selection of materials and finishes including: fabrics, paint and custom wall finishes, floor coverings and window treatments
· Lighting design
· Art and accessory consultation and selection
· Coordinating subcontracted and custom work such as built-ins, carpentry, electrical, upholstery, wall and window treatments
Design Packages
To simplify the fee structure and design process, we have created tiered design packages. Our packages are based on an hourly rate of $95 and include: a complimentary one hour initial in-home consultation; all above mentioned services; client meetings; in-store consultations.
5 Hour Package Appropriate for 1 or more spaces $475.
*10 Hour Package Appropriate for 2 or more spaces $950.
*15 Hour Package Appropriate for 3 or more spaces $1425.
*Packages of 10 hours and more qualify for a 10% discount on furniture items purchased in homebody that are not already discounted.
